This policy explains what personal data AUDIX collects, why we collect it and the choices you have. We keep it short and in plain language. If anything is unclear, write to hello@audix.com.
Data we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number and the items you buy. Payments are handled by Shopify and its payment partners, so we never see or store your full card details.
When you join our newsletter we collect your email address. When you use the AUDIX app we collect basic device data, your headphone model and firmware version, and settings such as EQ and noise control so they sync between devices.
How we use it
We use your data to process and deliver orders, provide support and warranty service, send updates about your order, improve our products and app, and, only if you agreed, send you news and offers.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses essential cookies to keep your cart and checkout working. With your consent we also use privacy friendly analytics to understand which pages are useful. You can change your cookie choices at any time in your browser.
Sharing your data
We share data only with partners that help us run the store: Shopify for checkout, shipping carriers for delivery, and email tools for messages you asked for. We never sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep order data for as long as tax and consumer laws require, usually up to seven years. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. App data is deleted when you delete your account.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, and you can object to marketing at any time. Every email has an unsubscribe link. To make a request, contact hello@audix.com and we will reply within 30 days.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. For important changes we will also let you know by email.
