These terms apply when you use the AUDIX website, buy our products or use the AUDIX app. By placing an order you agree to them, so please read them before you buy.
Orders
An order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if the price was shown in error or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you get a full refund.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in your local currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed securely by Shopify.
Shipping and returns
Delivery times, return windows and refunds are explained on our Shipping and Returns page, which is part of these terms.
Warranty
Every AUDIX product comes with a two year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, water damage or unauthorised repairs. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.
Using the AUDIX app
The app is provided for use with AUDIX products. Please do not copy, reverse engineer or misuse it. We may update the app and firmware from time to time to add features and improve performance.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and product designs, belongs to AUDIX or its licensors and may not be used without our written permission.
Liability
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for indirect losses or for damage caused by using a product in a way it was not designed for.
