We want your AUDIX order to arrive quickly and feel right from the first listen. If it does not, returning it is simple.
Shipping
Shipping is free on every order. Orders placed before 14:00 on a business day ship the same day. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
Standard delivery takes 2 to 4 business days within the EU and UK, and 4 to 8 business days to the rest of the world. Express delivery is available at checkout for most countries.
Customs and duties
Orders shipped outside the EU and UK may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are set by your country and are paid by the customer on delivery.
30 day returns
You can return any product within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked. Items should be in their original condition with all accessories and packaging. For hygiene reasons, ear cushions must be unused.
How to return
Email hello@audix.com with your order number. We will send you a free prepaid return label. Pack the item securely, attach the label and drop it at any carrier point.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is checked, we refund the full amount to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Exchanges
Want a different colour or product? Start a return and place a new order, or ask our team and we will arrange the exchange for you.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement right away.
